Return Process

  Carefully pack your memobottle™ and accessories in their original premium packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
